Right Click has grown to approximately 60 employees organized into specialized squads serving businesses across Greater Los Angeles. Our squad-based model assigns small teams to specific client groups, ensuring you work with technicians who become deeply familiar with your infrastructure, challenges, and goals. These squads are supported by our 24/7 Technical Assistance Center and Professional Services Group for complex projects. That continuity matters when critical systems fail or you need guidance on major technology decisions.
Baiju Mehta holds an MBA from USC and specializes in Microsoft Cloud technologies and Cisco routing, switching, and firewalls. A Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, CCNA, and A+ Certified Technician, he delivers innovative, professional IT support clients rely on. Outside the office, Baiju enjoys hiking, reading, and investing.
Jim is a cybersecurity expert specializing in CMMC, Microsoft, and Cisco technologies. He advises aerospace and defense firms nationwide on cybersecurity posture and has led responses to high-profile ransomware incidents. Dedicated to strengthening client defenses and productivity, Jim enjoys spending time with his wife and three children outside the office.
Avi Lall brings 14 years of tech industry experience to Right Click, specializing in Financial Services and Real Estate. His expertise saves clients the hassle of researching solutions themselves. A+ certified and a UC Irvine Social Science graduate, Avi is a proud husband and father of two — and your go-to for Star Wars trivia and all things LA Lakers.
Gary Venegas is a former Network Engineer with 10 years of IT experience, specializing in onsite support for aerospace clients and printer repair. A dual-degree ITT Technical Institute graduate in Electronics and Automated Manufacturing Technology, Gary is also our resident bodybuilding and health food expert. Need a workout plan? He's your guy!
Kamran holds a Master's in Microelectronics and Telecommunication from the University of Liverpool and is a CCNP pursuing his CCIE. With 9+ years at Right Click, he has led major network design projects across LA, Nevada, and Atlanta, while consulting clients on improving their infrastructure. He enjoys movies, gaming, and beach volleyball.
Krishan Odedra brings 10+ years of tech industry experience, with a lifelong passion for computing and customer care. He specializes in research and development at Right Click, delivering cutting-edge solutions and enhancing the customer experience. Outside of work, Krishan enjoys time with family and friends and flying as a private pilot.
Kelly began his IT career in the U.S. Marine Corps with a focus on cybersecurity, amassing 10+ years of experience with a keen eye for detail. He loves embracing cutting-edge technology and helping small businesses grow. Originally from Concord, NC, Kelly enjoys gaming, CAD design, and racing motorcycles at the track.
Vishal holds a Bachelor's in IT from UCF and brings 7 years of industry experience. He thrives on building servers, exploring new technologies, and visiting client offices to learn their unique network setups. Outside of work, Vishal enjoys tennis, soccer, and motorcycle rides — or unwinding with video games on lazy days.
Miraj Gadoya brings 12+ years of IT experience specializing in cloud solutions, Microsoft 365, networking, and Veeam backups. He holds an MBA in Cybersecurity Management & Policy from Hofstra University. At Right Click, Miraj is known for solving complex problems, building secure systems, and fostering strong client relationships.
Joshua taught himself to code in high school and launched his IT career in 2012 with the U.S. Navy as an Information Systems Technician. Over six years, he specialized in customer support, systems administration, and disaster recovery. He holds a Computer Science degree from UC Berkeley and enjoys tinkering with computers and community theatre.
Juan Ramos has been working as a structured cabling technician with Right Click for the past 10 + years.
Joseph currently works as a Lead Field Technician at Right Click, helping ensure each client receives thoughtful, high-quality solutions. He values clear communication, strong work ethic, and attention to detail, and he strives to uphold those qualities every day. Outside of work, he enjoys hiking, going to the beach, and reading.
Jorge is a technology enthusiast with a passion for finding answers. A 2017 graduate of UEI Anaheim's computer vocational program, he has been growing his career ever since with plans to further his education. His love for technology extends into photography and cinematography, and he spends his free time creating memories for others to enjoy.
Customer service is Curtis’s passion. From large corporations, to small businesses, Curtis thrives off of providing common sense solutions to difficult issues. There is no issue that is too big, or too small.
Paurav holds a B.S. in MIS from Ohio State, a J.D. from USC, and served as a Captain in the U.S. Air Force JAG Corps before pursuing his true passion - IT. He is A+, Network+, and Security+ certified with experience building high-performance systems. Outside work, he enjoys hiking, gaming, weightlifting, and championing Star Wars and Mr. Robot.
Kyan's lifelong passion for technology and helping people made working in IT an easy choice. He brings 3 years of hands on experience, as well as being A+ and Network+ certified. Outside of work, Kyan enjoys snowboarding, skateboarding, and hiking.
Alexis brings 11+ years of IT infrastructure experience, combining technical expertise with strong end-user support. He specializes in network engineering, firewall configuration, Wi-Fi optimization, camera system deployment, and on-site infrastructure. Alexis is known for quickly resolving complex issues while maintaining secure and efficient IT operations.
Mario brings 23 years of IT experience with expertise in Windows Desktops, Servers, Linux, routing, switching, and firewalls. IT is not just Mario's profession — it's his passion. Above all, he believes that delivering high-quality service with a positive attitude is what truly sets a great technician apart.
Conner is passionate about business analysis, IT, and process reengineering, always thinking about how businesses can improve through new technology. With a background in information systems and customer service, he delivers thoughtful solutions. Outside of work, Conner enjoys woodworking, cold brew coffee, and playing with his three daughters.
Yoani brings 14+ years of experience specializing in system installation, troubleshooting, and IT room design for residential and commercial environments. A CSU Fresno Psychology graduate and CompTIA A+ certified, he excels in client-focused communication. Outside of work, Yoani enjoys sports, video games, and time with his wife and two children.
Monica is a Service Delivery Manager at Right Click, bringing 20+ years of experience and a people-first approach to technology. She leads a distributed team across the U.S. and overseas, partnering with multiple departments to ensure smooth service delivery. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, dining out, and supporting her kids' activities.
Maleeya Davidson is Right Click's Accounting Manager, overseeing AP, AR, reconciliations, and accounting projects. With 7+ years in corporate and non-profit accounting, she holds a certificate from Mt. SAC and studies at Cal Poly Pomona. Outside of work, she enjoys DIY projects and staying up on pop culture.
Abhijith is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA USA) with 4+ years of experience in AR, AP, and GL management. He specializes in reconciliations, month/year-end close, audit support, and financial analysis. Proficient in Excel, Power BI, QuickBooks, and Halo, he delivers reliable insights that drive organizational growth.
With over 12 years of experience in the accounting and finance, Mayur is a skilled and motivated professional who strives to deliver high-quality results and has strong expertise in financial software, accounts payable and receivable, and tax compliance, as well as a keen interest in learning new technologies and processes.
Tarang Jain is a finance professional with 3+ years of experience in PTP, MDM, and RTR functions. Holding a BBA in Finance, he excels in financial analysis, modeling, and advanced Excel. Diego Nevarez is a Purchasing Supervisor with several years of experience in procurement and vendor relations within IT managed services. He takes pride in building strong vendor partnerships to deliver effective client solutions. Diego holds an A.S. in Business and is pursuing a B.S. in Business Administration at CSU Dominguez Hills.
Joshua's passion for technology was inspired by his father, who built computers and worked in IT. He pursued that passion, earning a Bachelor's in Information Systems. After 5 years at Providence Mission Hospital, Joshua developed strong customer service and communication skills that he brings to every client interaction.
May brings 9 years in administration and 4 years in purchasing across diverse industries. She holds a B.F.A. in 3D Entertainment Design and Animation and has developed websites, marketing content, and managed social media for businesses. Outside of work, May enjoys designing websites, visiting the zoo, and spending time with her child.
Jinal brings experience across customer support, event management, IT recruitment, and HR. As a Client Support and Purchasing Associate at Right Click, she manages vendor coordination, client relationships, and operations. Outside of work, Jinal enjoys badminton, exploring new places and cuisines, and spending time with her pet and family.
