- Daily Physical Hardware Checks: Checks for signs of failure or degradation, including failed disks, fans, and power supplies.
- Outdated driver check: Driver updates or patches and patches installed as needed to ensure that server hardware and software remain compatible and secure.
- Weekly Patch Management: Management of server patches and updates every week during approved maintenance windows. Confirmation of successful installation without errors.
- System BIOS and RAID Firmware Update: We update your server BIOS and RAID firmware as needed to ensure that your server hardware and software are compatible and secure.
- Event Log Review: Review server event logs for any errors or warnings. Appropriate actions were followed to resolve the problem.
