1. Outlook Setup After Migration
Having trouble seeing new emails in Outlook?
Sort email from oldest to newest.
For Outlook Desktop App:
- Open Outlook and go to your Inbox.
- At the top of your message list, look for the “By Date” dropdown (or similar sorting label).
- Click the dropdown and select “Sort Oldest to Newest”.
- If you don’t see this option, click on “View” in the top menu, then:
- Choose “View Settings” > “Sort…”
- In the Sort items by dropdown, select “Received”
- Choose “Ascending” to show oldest emails first.
- Click OK to apply.
For Outlook Web (Outlook on the web):
- Go to https://outlook.office.com and sign in.
- In your Inbox, click the “Filter” button above your email list.
- Select “Sort” > “Oldest on top”.
