Additionally, he has hands-on experience with various tools and applications such as HALO, ServiceNow, Zendesk Ticketing Tool, Ninja RMM, Veeam Backup and Replication, SharePoint, OneDrive, Microsoft Purview, & Microsoft Defender.

Beyond his professional work, he has a passion for spending time with pets, playing cricket, and exploring natural destinations.
