Nina has a total of 18 years of experience in handling different lines of business.

She worked as a supervisor for 10 years on Financial and Technical Accounts. She oversaw and monitored a group of call center employees, provided training and feedback for the team, ensured that the team goals were met, made performance assessments for each member, established standards, guidelines, and procedures to prevent quality and compliance issues.

Her previous work experience includes innovation in many areas, including strategies for more effective teamwork. She is ecstatic to be part of Right Click and brings a general passion for innovation. She believes that mindfulness in the workplace is the key to success.
